Paul and his team have always gone out of their way to provide a quality service for our students. He is flexible and his coaches are of a high standard. Drivers are welcoming and friendly to students and nothing is too much trouble.

After communicating with Paul over the phone and via email we requested a booking for 450 people (9 buses) - Paul did not respond to us and booked someone else in our place while we were under the assumption that our booking was finalised. Paul has admitted that he overlooked our email of confirmation and in turn booked someone else and would not rectify the issue.
