All Roads Truck Driver Training

In July 2017 I attended a 1 day HR training course followed by an assessment. I believe Charlie (the instructor) is just a bloke who knows how to drive a truck and NOT an actual accredited instructor. He was not listening to my questions and constantly yelling/barking instructions rather than teaching.

By the end of the day I was a bundle of nerves, and expressed I was not confident in undertaking the assessment. I was told in no uncertain terms that it was “too late” to postpone the assessment and I had to do it right then. The assessment was a total failure - the assessor pointed out many issues not covered by Charlie and suggested I come back for a “few more” lessons.

I have contacted the owner with my complaints and requested a refund for the assessment costs but he is not interested in a satisfactory resolution. This company may have once been a reasonable training provider, but now is just operating in an unethical and corrupt manner.

I just sat my mc licence with trainer paul and was over the moon with the service he and the whole company provided me. I couldnt be more happy. Thank you very much

I would highly recommend people thinking of getting a truck license to try All road Truck training.I am sure you wouldn't regret.
