First time dealing with this company and from start to finish the service was excellent. Would highly recommend them.

Received a Spam Cold Call from this awful company despite being on the do not call registry . I have made a report to the ACMA and I suggest anyone reading this do the same

I received an unsolicited cold call from a lady named Dee at Atlas 1 Pest Management. I informed Dee that I was on the National Do not call registry and that she should not be calling me.

What proceeded was a barrage of abuse, with words such as "Liar" and "Idiot" being thrown at me. I calmly suggested that she hang up or I would provide my feedback on a Google Review. She continued to be aggressive towards me suggesting that if I did, she would reply by saying I was in fact the aggressive, unreasonable one.

I then asked for her to repeat her company name, to which, she gave me a competitors details (Atlas Premium Pest Control).

After speaking with the competitor and finding it was not them, I have since requested they provide a quote



If this type of behaviour is condoned by management, then I would suggest you avoid this company at all costs

Had these guys booked in to spray garden and house perimeter... Didnt show up... but still invoiced us for the full amount....also put a slip through our door saying they couldnt get onto the property to do the work (even though the letterbox is on the property and we had left gates wide open for them).... tried calling management who were adamant the job was done and didnt want to hear otherwise. It was only after we offered to make copies of our cctv footage did they bother to check with the pest controller who admitted they hadnt done the job.... lots of excuses and no real explanation given . I'd avoid... looks like this is the poorer half of a business partnership that went their separate ways... Stick with Atlas Premium in Bassendean - much more professional and reliable.
