I am very disappointed with the service we received from Curtain world. I was sold a fabric that was being discontinued and was told misleading information that it was 'blockout'. When we received it was sheer and a lot of sunlight through.



I called the rep who helped us (Donna) several times so we could see what went wrong and she never answered her phone or returned the calls. It must be after they have received your money they don't care if the customer is happy or not



When we were processing payment via credit card over the phone, they managed to stuff it up 3 times- I was called on 3 separate occasions before the payment finally went through. This delayed our order by 2 weeks.

Excellent service by Angela she gave us some great ideas curtains look amazing very happy with them thanks to all involved .

I would definately recommend curtainworld, donna l and eugene are a great team, arrive on time very helpful with advice, and have been so happy with the choices i have made, am looking forward to my next lot of blinds to be installed.

After "interviews" with 4 different curtain retailers, we decided on going with Curtain World Malaga. The other retailers didn't appear too professional - either not coming at all (even with it booked in!) or not bringing any "tools of the trade" - tape measure, samples etc . Wendy was recommended by my neighbour. She came on time, bought samples, asked questions, gave advice (both aesthetic and practical) and provided us with a solution for a large corner door /window combination. We had a test run with this area, if it worked out, we would have the rest of the house fitted with new window coverings. That was just over a year ago.
Wendy was no fuss and easy to work with. She wasn't pushing her own ideas, but rather offered solutions that fit with our house and our style. She measured accurately and carefully. Vince installed our blind/sheer curtain solution. He was excellent. Clean, friendly and accurate.
One year on, no big surprise, Wendy visited us again to measure for the rest of the house. We recieved the same professional and friendly service.
We LOVE the end result. We would love to thank Wendy for her advice in gently modernising and softening our rooms. We would also like to thank Vince. He was amazing - and very patient. He left at the end of a very warm and tough day, and we had no cleaning up to do! They were all hung "just right". No problems at all.
We would (and do) recommend Wendy and Vince from Curtain World Malaga to anyone that needs or wants new window coverings. They make a great team. Great, product, fantastic solutions, fantastic communication and Wendy looked after us with the price.

over 3 months waiting for curtains....saleperson did not measure accurately and they arrived too short....looked like 'fred flintstone' curtains and then they brought the wrong curtain rods...it was a mess...dont go to curtain world. No response from emails.

This is the worst company I have ever used. We said they will install our blinds within 17 days. It is now more than a month and they cant get hold off their installer and they have no date when it will happen. You also get no response from your phone calls, emails.

What a great way to start a Saturday! Curtain World came to give us a quote which is free of charge and obligation free. It was fine at the beginning and then the quote guy becomes really pushy and wants us to take the deal straight away. His attitude got really rude the minute we said we will think about it. What a great way to make a sale! I will never recommend them to anyone.
