After waiting seven business days for the Manager to return my call with no response, I think its now fair to write this review.

My husband booked this company several weeks ago to service our garage door. We were told that we would be called the night before to confirm the technicians attendance. We didnt receive a call and when we followed up, were told that the technician was ill and they would need to reschedule the service for the following day.

The next day the technician didnt arrive. I called the company and was told that he was ill and they had overlooked calling me as they were very busy. I was told I would receive a call at 07:30 the next morning.

At 09:00 the next morning I called the company. After a long period on hold I was told that I had not been called as they needed to work through the Priority 1 customers first. I was also told that a technician would be available later that morning. I queried why I wasnt included as a priority customer as they had failed to arrive two days in a row and failed to contact me three days consecutively. I also queried whether I would receive a discount due to the inconvenience and original indication that they would sort something out. Finally I requested to speak to the Manager. The administrator informed me that the Manager was unavailable and she wasnt sure about the charges, but the coordinator would get back to me.

The administrator called a short time later to inform me that the charge would not be reduced. I again requested to speak to the manager and was told they were unavailable.

At this point I cancelled the booking and asked the administrator to request the Manager contact me. I have not heard from the Manager, nor received a formal apology from the company for the inconvenience, lost time or attitude of the staff. I understand that unexpected issues arise, but also have the expectation that I will be contacted and treated like a valued customer.
