STAY AWAY!!!

Do not. I repeat. DO NOT use Fuzenet under any circumstances.



We cancelled our service due to beyond horrible speeds 4 months ago.



Account was settled in-line with Fuzenet's terms and conditions, we even had to pay an extra month despite being on a month-to-month contract because they need over a months notice to cancel the service...



Since then we've received a bill every single month since then. Each month we call the operator says the same thing which is the last person didn't cancel the service properly... each month it's the same story.



They even have the audacity to charge an extra $2.50 each time and insist we pay the $2.50 fee even though we haven't been customers of theirs for over 4 months!!!!!



Stay away from these clowns.



The attached speed test is the type is speeds we get in the middle of the CBD at 6pm each night.



Lots of dropouts and never ending issues. Do not use this ISP. If your building only has access to Fuzenet like mine does do yourself a favour And get wireless or hotspot from your phone.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

you will be waiting to speak to someone for 40 minutes.

They will tell you they will call you back and never will.

They will not let you cancel your service after trying to multiple times and then will charge you for a period you're not using their service because you didnt cancel with notice.



avoid at all cost!



If i could give -5 star i would. I have never had such bad customer service in my life.

40min + wait times to call for assistance. Outages occur every so often and speed is not as good as they said it would be, i dont recommend

Fuze net/E-wire the worst internet provider ever. Poor tech staff. Poor support. Lots of outages. No line managers or anybody to talk to when dealing with surly staff. STAY AWAY
