I wish I could’ve done Zero Rating for this place! We have baught one the couch from this place and it delivered to my them and unpacked it! But unfortunately it didn’t fit into my place and I called them and guy said he check with boss ask me to hold the line ! And then he said to me boss is offering store credit, Which is 6000 Approx and I oppose that because I need refund to buy other couch or they can sell me the couch fit in room ! After some discussions sale person said boss will be here on Wednesday and called you and I said ok and I waited for it but no one called me and I waited 2 more days but no response, then I made move to there shop Malaga and ask for resolution , but boos wasn’t there and sales girl put me to boss by her phone and now boss changed whole story and telling me it’s too late to change or refund, however I was waiting for his call as per his salesman instructions! Then he said only way to take it back 20% will deduct from actual price which is 1200 approx and I feel helpless because that couch is beautiful and still sitting in wrap but didn’t not fit into my place and boss now taking the advantage of my money, because now he’s know I’m stuck and no other option !



But there is no law above the humanity! Karma will meet him definitely!

The manager, staff are all helpful and willing to go the extra mile with service. Very sincere
