Absolutely pathetic

Put a claim through RAC, called them and gave them the claim number on the 27th Jan, they said they will get back within 2 hours. Called they said they yet to get the claim. Followed through on the 29th Jan several times called throughout the day will be on automated voicemail for over 15 min with no answer. Third time calling they said they will have to get back to me as they have to order through the car dealership. I told them to updated me when the order is put through. Requested for them to call my work as i was at work and they called my mobile when i told them i dont have access to my mobile so i missed the calls. Called the following day and they said that they have to place an order and should take 7 to 10 business days but will have to confirm with the dealership i said no worries but please updated me, yet again no updated. Got a hold of them on the 10th of Feb after 2 weeks and they said no update but they will email me on Monday 12th for updated hopefully by 9am. Had to call once again and be on hold for over 15min just to give me no real update. What kind of business is this. All i asked is for updates, just pathetic i wish RAC would partner with someone else.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid.Avoid.Avoid.Awful Awful experience.Replaced windscreen through RAC didnt bond it the first time correctly or fit wipers correctly.Second time to try and fix it same but destroyed 3 windows inside also.Total Total nightmare.Said sorry it happens
