The cost of work almost tripled from initial quote to the day the work started. Extortionate business practices.

Edward refused to provided insurance information or any trade license.

The box gutter replacing cost me almost double of the initial quote when they finally completed the job. And since then, I can't reach them for the new leaking issue even they committed 12 years warrantees and two free roof check within 2025.

I do not recommend this business. They are unethical and unlicensed contractors.

Edward left my property far worse than it was when he started 'work' on my house. The worked carried out was non compliant.

Called to book an inspection of my roof, we confirmed the date. On the morning before they were due to arrive I messaged Edward asking if he was still right to come in the afternoon, he replied 'Of course, see you from 2-3pm'. That afternoon he never showed up and didn't ever respond to my call checking what happened. Do not recommend.

Advantage Roof Repairs use unlicensed sub contractors,. Very unhappy with the work carried out on my house. I would never recommend them to anyone

Advantage [ARRG] used a sub contractor for painting the outside of my house. in November 2023.

ARRG did not fulfil all tasks listed in their quote for painting. AND on 5 Jan 2024, the sub contractor rang me to advise that ARRG had not paid them anything for their work.

On a separate quote, ARRG listed roof repairs needed &, as with painting quote, required 50% paid before starting. They did not finish the job & left roofing sheets on nature strip. AND the roof is still leaking

Unethical business practices. Poor management and quality of work - I would never recommend this business to anyone.
