Just dont use these people. I should have looked up reviews before i took my brand new $100 lace and chiffon top to them to get the sleeves shortened. It use to be a long sleeve top but i'm a petite size and the sleeves needed a couple of centermeters off. It was pinned by the woman in there and it looked fine. When i picked it up, went home and tried it on, i dicovered that the sleeves are now three quarter length not long any more. They took a good 8cm off i'm sure. The sleeves are straight with the lace sewn on the bottom, forming bell shape. The lace was meant to fall past the wrist. It now sits about 5 cm above the wrist. Im so sad and disappointed. To me it was alot of money to buy it and they charged me $31 to ruin it. They don't know their job properly and now I know why they make you pay up front. Because when they stuff it up, the customer has already paid and they won't give a refund for the crap work they do. Keep it up and you won't have customers! You get one star because i cant give you 0!

Do your own research first and don't bring anything that matters here!
Brought a skirt to do resizing. Asked the staff whether I need to dry clean to erase the crease on my skirt. He said no and they can do it.
Came back afterwards, everything is creased and he now said they cannot do it. (Even suggested me to do it myself at home, i don't even.)
The skirt now has more crease than before (because they folded it in a bag after the resizing) and not to mention the stitches they did for resizing had already came loose. And no I still have not get to wear it yet.

Staff is friendly and super good at avoiding problems, thanks man. I now have to restitch my dress and iron it AKA, your job.

Charge like wounded bulls! Terrible, slow service and poor work.

I had an appalling experience. Had jeans shortened for $25 (complete rip off). Got the jeans home and realised they had accidentally cut the jeans in three places (bottom, belt loops) which meant you can see skin through the holes - one of the holes was 5cm long near the back pocket. It was likely accidentally cut with some sort of blade however when I went to discuss it with them they refused to take responsibility, would not fix the problem free of charge, were rude, and shut me down. The manager was completely uninterested and told me there was no way they cut the jeans. Her shop assistant was a sour faced young girl who was completely useless at trying to find a solution.
I will NEVER use this alterations place again. They are appallingly rude. I've lodged a complaint but who knows. Save your money and use the lady advertising alterations on Clement Drive who is a lot cheaper and doesn't damage your clothes.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

When I first got my cardigan altered in looksmart alteration, they did not do all of the parts I asked and I ended up going back there to ask it to be fix again. And my second time of tappering my varsity jacket's sleeve and shortening it was also horrible. They make the sleeve too tight that it was hard bending my elbow. Pretty bad service I might say.
