A true emergency electrician having recently attended to our property which lost all its power due to a tall truck road incident taking out the wiring. Steven thank you for prioritising this job and treating it like the real emergency that it was. Attendance to the job was quick and the service was professional.Thank you also for listening regarding mitigating the risk of re-occurrence and getting the approval from the appropriate authorities to proceed this way. The relevant part required to complete the job was sourced very quickly even though it wasn't readily available. Steven was very focused, efficient and extremely easy to deal with, providing updates for every step along the way. From experience, many others would not have gone to these lengths to satisfy their client. A highly recommended electrician which I would use again without any hesitation.

I was given Steven's number on a late Sunday afternoon, and he came over by my next available day off, the Tuesday. I wanted my existing circuit breaker upgraded to individual circuit breakers.

Steven was punctual, polite, and professional. He did not over or under quote. He was honest with his opinion. He had another team member come the next day, Steve, and had the whole thing done as quoted. They were good with communicating and informed us when they were running a bit late. The whole issue was sorted from beginning to end in 24 hours, with utmost professionalism. Photos were taken for my records, and receipts were emailed and marked very clearly the itemised work.
