I highly recommend Stan Kwong & Associates. I used Stan Kwong & Associates December 2015 for conveyancing service of my apartment.

I found Stan Kwong & Associates on Google, so I made an appointment with them. All the staff in Stan Kwong & Associates speak fluent English and Chinese. They quoted me a reasonable price, but the job they did is more than the conveyancing services in anywhere else. As English of my second language, they explained every single item on Section 32 in Chinese, things like what I need to be aware of, what is the law in here. They also recommended whether the property is worth to buy with their professional opinion.

Every time when I have inquiries regarding my property, I called them, the receptionist picked up the phone immediately, and transfer me to the solicitor who handled my file. If the solicitor was busy, I was always required to leave an message, but normally I received a call back within a day.

My property couldn't be settled on time because of Vendor had a finance problem. After I seek their advise, they put a Default for me, if the property cannot be settled within 14 days, I can get my full deposit back. At the last day of Default as well as the settlement day, the Solicitor who handled my case, she supposed to on her annual leave. However, she still came back to the office to monitor the settlement until it had settled.
