I recently purchased the above, am I happy with my purchase, not really. Why - Firstly it has four filters and is very non customer friendly to dismantle and clean the filters. The foam filter clogs up very quickly and usually requires cleaning once or twice while the vacuum is in use, very inconvenient.The previous model had one barrel type hepa filter and one exhaust filter which worked extremely well, a much better option. The power cord is flat and gets caught under chair and table legs while the cleaner is in use, it should be larger and round to over come this problem . You have a good product in general but needs work on its practicality.
