Say It With Flowers

I am terribly disappointed in the sevice and attitude of this business having had 2 bad experiences in the one week. Flowers delivered to me last Friday were left at the wrong house and I had to chase around the street before the dinner party for 16 prople looking for them. Yesterday i ordered a bouquet at 8.00am to be sent to a friend in hospital. By 5.30pm they still hadn't arrived. Very little by way of apology from Say it With Flowers. I will never use this company again.
