Amazing restaurant not deserving of such a bad review. We have been so many times and the food is exceptional and service friendly. The chef came and spoke to one of our diners as she was dairy free and produced a special range of dishes which were amongst the best she had tasted.

The lunch special is fantastic value.

Wines are well priced and house wine is very good.

Never been let down here.

Wanted to share the bad experience we had so no one else has to go through what we did. Went as a group, only one of our tables order was taken, after a while we had the other table taken. While there were several of us, only one dish was brought to the table. Everyone else waited until 10pm for food to come out. Several people left before food as it was to late to eat. After complaining 45min earlier no assistance was given only a "we have two new girls on tonight" excuse. Several of our group made complaints and took food to go. Owner/musician was drinking alcohol while cooking, all staff mumbled dishes and got nearly every order incorrectly delivered. Food was either too much garlic, salt and many did not finish their dishes. Sign at counter says "please come back" and we laughed a little at the faulty towers type of service provided as many would not come back. We were surrounded at the close of night by staff as we were the last table as we had to wait til late to eat.. worst dining experience ever and I eat out at least 2 times a week. This was echoed by at least 7 other people in our group. When we heard a table clap we thought "they must have got their food" as our table waited for 2-2.5hrs from arrival.
