Hava Snack Takeaway

So friendly service but got home with the wrong order, so I rang back and said I got the wrong fish, the person who served me said you did say battered I explained to her I do not eat battered never have I've only ever eaten Crumbed fish and I did says Crumbed she didn't try and fix it just said you did say battered.... In a snarling voice, She mad a mistake instead of trying to fix it she has just cause problems. Read orders back to people and if you make a mistake don't try and put it on the customer the customer is always right I know what I ordered do you job correctly or loose customers
