I cannot believe it, i have just found out that the tenants they put into my rental property have pets. When i strickly said no pets no animals at all. They will not follow your instructions. Do not allow this mob to sell or rent your property out. Was glad when i sacked this guy.

Hired wyndham real estate to lease my house out, they found someone quick I asked for two condition and they failed on the most important one that the new tenants agree to make the house available for an open day. They told told the tenant not to let me into the house for three months as the tenant told me. They called me a liar the tenants a lair, and leased my house without following my instructions. Everyone be very sure that and don't sign anything that gives them the authority to act for you. We gave them the sack and went to a professional estate agent to manage our property.
