Booked a taxi for 830pm tonight via automated call, was the only option. Booking accepted.
20 minutes later received a text stating no taxies available in Mansfield tonight!
This is despite me calling 2 days prior to check if it would be an issue, and was told no issues at all. Very poor and can not be relied upon
