Traditional Tiles

Whatever you do don't go near these incompetent and unprofessional Hacks. So many things have gone wrong since I made the mistake of choosing Traditional Tiles I have had to put it in point form to fit it in the review box:
-Charged GST on top of the displayed price of their tiles in the showroom
-Did not measure up correctly when doing the quote and had to revisit the site
-Asked for full payment of the tiles before they would order them (I guess if the dont have an account with their supplier then the supplier doesnt trust them, or has been ripped of by then too)
-Refused to give a start date until the tiles arrived
- Informed us that the tiles had arrived when they had not
-Did not call when the tiles did arrive (3 weeks later)
- Still did not give a start date after the tiles arrive
-When the Tiles did arrive 80m of the 125m where the wrong colour (they replaced them the same day, interesting considering the others took 3 weeks to get there)
-7m of the 45m batch that was the correct colour were cracked and unusable
-Informed us the replacement tiles would be here the following week, they took 2 weeks
-Told us the splash-back tiles would be here mid August, then on August 13th told us they could not give us a date the splash-back tiles would be here as they were not even in the country yet!
- Only replaced 2.8m of the broken floor tiles and refused to replace the rest because they said their suppler broke them, NOT MY PROBLEM!!
Traditional Tiles should change their name to Traditional Liars; I haven't got a straight answer since I first walked in the door and now have 3m of untiled floor at the front door of my house.
