Marangaroo Childcare Centre

I emailed the day before and needed an immediate start. The manager Vicky in the office made it possible for my baby to start within 24hrs. I was really shocked and happy at the service i recieved especially as i left it to the last minute to enroll. She showed me through, explaining routines, we met the onsite cook who makes fresh meals daily, i really liked the different culture nationality meals , i really loved the small house and home feeling. Where when i rang i spoke to a real person who showed care and enthusiasm in their voice. I rang afew other centres prior that day and was put through to call generic centres who could not answer my questions and others who were only staff members answering calls but the manager was away and couldn't help me with my urgent enquiry.

I really appreciated how Vicky made me feel that it was no problem and could be done. Being a relief teacher i love the option of using the online app for casual day bookings. Its a saviour for my field of work as i dont know what tomorrow or next week will be. Im grateful i found this place. Im grateful my baby is in a warm, loving, caring, clean environment with lovely staff who feel like family to us. I have no hesitation in recommending my friends, family or acquaintances here.

GREAT LITTLE FAMILY OWNED CENTRE WHERE YOU KNOW YOUR CHILD IS TREATED LIKE A PERSON , NOT JUST A NUMBER. CLEAN / HYGENIC AND FEELS LIKE A LITTLE HOME AWAY FROM HOME FOR MY BABY. THE EDUCATION RECIEVED THUS FAR WE ARE REALLY HAPPY AND WILL RECCOMMEND TO FRIENDS . MY BABY LOVES THE FOODS THAT THE CHEF MAKES FRESH DAILY AND REALLY ENJOYS THE FUN SHE HAS WITH ALL THE LOVELY STAFF AND EDUCATORS. VICKY IS ALWAYS SO ACCOMODATING FOR OUR BOOKINGS AND HELPFUL .
