Very disappointing inquiry on the telephone,,, was quickly dismissed. and too busy this time of year to even talk to me, i found my phone inquiry.. very disappointing, wanting to use a local so called the closest business and was treated badly and dismissed,, i will never recommend this business nor ever use them due to such rudeness and dismissive attitude on the phone. The Woman even making unpleasant comments that our treasurer of our not for profit organization should be able to do our end of statements... ... very very rude and unprofessional behavior and attitude towards a potential long term customer... very upsetting and very disappointing.. especially when hoping a small local business would be friendly and pleasant to deal with.
