Cleaver Firearms

Have always had good service from these guys. Huge range, good prices.

I have been in this shop twice, treated poorly both times, the first time I let it go thinking that perhaps it was because they were having a bad day but the second time I was spoken to extremely aggressively by the manager. Both times I approached the staff and was met with a loud sigh, rolling of the eyes and a frustrated "alright", I felt as though I was a 4 year old asking for a biscuit before dinner. 0 out of 10, will never shop there again.

Haven't dealt with all the staff at Cleaver Firearms so what I can only say with my experience is that half of the sales team are good and the other half are a bit rude and not helpful at all, to the sales team that i have encountered.

Worst customer service ever.

Iggy and James (sales guys) have been great, knowledgeable and approachable however the rest of the staff (bald headed individual most natably and Keith) are nothing more than lying wastes of space and oxygen thieves.

Unfortunately cleavers price is cheaper compared to Rebels and QGE otherwise I would not shop here..
I truly hope that another gun shop takes up residence in Redcliffe that have customer service and sales skills. I would not shop at cleaver firearms if I didn't have to.

I highly recommend their business, cheaper most around me and just a good service.....$0.85 for 308 WIN no one can better that.
