The worst products and customer service . Once you have paid them they do not care for you at all with delivery and faulty products. I have never seen or experienced this sort of unprofessionalism. Really feel bad for the people who are going to be their customers.

Please be aware, Koala Living has the worst customer service when it comes to product warranty. I have raised an issue regarding Invoice No. 17-00003803 and have sent at least 4 emails but no one is responding. Good luck with your purchase but please be mindful that Kola Living customer service and warranty worth Nothing. I am off to VCAT to resolve my issue due to lack of response.
