I contacted Neal on a Friday afternoon to look at the possibility of installing several alarm systems for my brother's residence and am upgrade to mine. He was down within a couple of hours to look over the 2 properties. What impressed me the most was his ability to listen to the customer's needs and provide professional advice. My brother's residence required a full house alarm and a seperate alarm system for his classic cars. My home required a garage alarm system and an update to my 22 year old house system. Neal did NOT try and sell me a new system for my residence but after the professional job he completed on my brother's home, I decided that I would also have two new systems. It should be noted that we are both very house proud and exacting by nature and it was a pleasure having Neal in our homes. He worked consistently throughout the day and treated both homes with extreme care. We would have no hesitation in recommending Neal to anyone who requires an honest, professional installer who has the knowledge to provide the right advice. The cost for the four systems were very well priced and Neal has assured us that they are extremely reliable. Neal, thank you for the great work. It was a pleasure having you in our homes.

Checklist Security was recommended to us by a trusted friend who had just had an alarm installed by Neil. We knew, if he was happy, we probably would be too. And we weren't disappointed. Our situation was quite complex and involved data cabling as well as two linked alarms, but Neil understood instantly what was needed and how best to achieve it. He was very helpful, accommodating and delightful to deal with and his workmanship was absolutely A1. He found his way into the tiniest, remote ceiling spaces and made it look easy. Follow-up service when we needed it was outstanding - extremely prompt and he remembered the tiniest details of our installation a couple of years later. As the charges were extremely reasonable, the workmanship superb and the technical knowledge second to none, we would never use or recommend any other security company. We have dealt with several others in the past since 1981 and we know excellence when we come across it. We simply can't fault Neil and Checklist.

Neal rang me to confirm my appointment with him and arrived on time, and carried out the job very professionally and quickly. I would have no worries recommending them to other people wanting security systems installed, in fact I have already said my daughter will be contacting them when she is ready for her new system! It was an absolute pleasure dealing with both Christine and Neal.
