Terrible customer service at Marleston Beaumont Tiles.
It seems that once they have received your money for the tiles the smiles turn to rude phone manner and being hung up on. Quite possibly the worst customer service ever experienced.
Your bathroom renovation might be put on hold indefinitely by Beaumont Tiles at Marleston because they are completely unwilling to chase things up and find a solution to your problems. I was told by a rude employee of Beaumonts Marleston that the tiles that I had paid for weren't in stock. Even though I was told that they would be ready for pick up so that I could complete my bathroom.
I asked for an estimate of when they would arrive & I was given a rude remark tantamount to 'how long is a piece of string'. How RUDE & totally unprofessional. The unprofessionalism continued until I told them to ring around other stores & see what is in stock! I was then hung up on.
I rang another store myself and it turns out that there actually was stock at another store. But I had had enough by this stage and cancelled my order.
Beaumont Tiles Marleston employees are rude, unprofessional and will not even TRY to help you especially if they already have your money.
Terrible experience, I wont even consider purchasing tiles from here again
