Cotton Tree Holiday Park

I am another customer that is VERY dismayed and upset with the management of this caravan park.

Upon arrival (early feb) office manager was unfriendly and dismissive with me. Our allocated site was uneven, to avoid this we had great problems parking the caravan.

Next day a sign to move my car was placed on my windscreen, I complied. Next day reception called, insisting the caravan had to be moved and my car had to leave the park altogether. We tried to reason with them, to no avail. We wre than told to leave by a ?security guard? Right now! We were pysically prevented from entering the office by the above mentioned person. As well we were threatened with the police, we would be charged with trespassing. We were blaclisted from all Caravan Parks on the Sunshine coast, Further, a office staff worker already signed an affidavid claiming my companion swore at her by phone. Not So! we were also adviced NOT to leave a bad review as they are an expert in litigation.

As 2 elderly people 75 and 81 it was beyond us,. why we are treated in this way and concerning for our safety.
