Engage at your own risk. I received disappointing service from Euro Car Electronics after my low mileage car began throwing contant faults and limp mode within 6 months after an ECU tune and exhaust system modification. After diagnosing, they blamed a part on the car and attempted to charge me over $5k to fix issues that was undeniably caused by their workmanship issue. Only in reading the engine service manual myself, reading about the problem online, talking with a dealer and mechanics was I able to push back against their gaslighting and dishonesty about blaming the limp mode on a coincidental issue with the car that was unrelated to their work, despite the car running perfectly for the previous 6 years.



Only after a string of bitter emails and threats did they agree to fix the car as a 'goodwill gesture'. The car was returned to me with restored power but with a whistle sound from the turbo that I was left to correct at my expense.



The fact the car was eventually repaired from the limp mode issues is why this is a 2 star review and not a one star. I received no compensation for the inconvenience and was told I could no longer do business with them. I attribute this to have been a tough customer for them, as I have shown no tolerance to their dishonesty.



Workmanship mistakes are one thing, dishonesty is another. I would say it's money first, honesty last at ECE.
