This mob asked me to pay a deposit to come off any repair cost pending their quotation for estimated repairs required to a guitar amplifier. $65.00 cash paid and no receipt was given. The repair quotation was given by them by telephone and the work was then authorised by me. When I went to collect the equipment I was told "Oh we had to do some extra work. We spent hours more on it but we will only charge you for two hours extra." The extra work was NOT quoted and was NOT authorised. I had to pay the extra charges to get the equipment back. The amplifier was never the same and did not perform as it did prior to the so called "repairs". 3 months later and the fault is back as if no repairs were carried out at all. I wouldn't go back to them in a fit.

1. i asked to be given a quote on an item before fixing it...they fixed it without consulting me
2. claimed i only paid a deposit on one item not two...it was only when i questioned it they reviewed it and found i was correct
3. sends texts to communicate with customers...they dont reply to texts
4. i asked them to fix a minor secondary fault (faulty strap) on an item...didnt fix it
5. they charge $55 just for a quote on each item, bit expensive in my opinion
6. one item i sent to them was not turning on. they fixed that but now the screen backlight doesnt turn on, its not essential but still frustrating and given their poor service and high fees I can not be bothered returning it to them
