We hired Poolfab to design and build our dream pool and it is everything we wanted and more. We were given a detailed plan and a clear quote outlining all costs and optional extras. They communicated with us through every stage of the build and our pool was built on time and within budget.

We have just completed our new concrete pool and landscaping project with Poolfab in Buderim and we love it. We highly recommend the entire team.



This company is a well run team and are the best at what they do. Nothing was ever an issue and we had some challenges on our site with narrow access and a steep slope. We were always kept up to date on each stage of the build which we appreciated. 5 star customer service.



All of the trades did an excellent job and special thanks to Matt the tiler for his attention to detail. Sean the boss was always dropping in on site to check on each stage and offer his advice. We made some design changes from his input during the project and they made a huge difference to the final result so we appreciated the flexibility and the customer comes first approach. They took the time to work with us and our site as well as answering any questions we had.

The whole team was great from the start to finish, always answering our many questions. Sean the business owner was always available to have a chat and regularly dropping in to check the trades work. The office lady was super helpful and did an amazing job scheduling each step of our pool build.

6 months after deposit was paid, the pain started. Damage to property, incomplete plumbing. Almost 20k in Variations, 10 months to build the defective pool.

If you challenge a progress payment there will be no response from Poolfab admin or the Owner and your project will stop until you pay their demands.

Dont sign with these guys.

We built our pool during Covid which made a lot of unexpected problems especially with contractors. PoolFab communicated the struggles and gave us the best support and information they could give and the pool turned out amazing, a little bit past the date given but it was worth it!

I know several people that have used them and was referred to their Designer, Rhianon. From my first interaction with her, to the final details of wrapping up the project, I received great customer service, quick responses, and knowledgeable advice. They listened to what I wanted and got every detail just right. She designed a beautiful pool, spa, and outdoor area at a price that was within my budget.



From there, Sean took over the construction side of things. They worked very hard to meet deadlines and had wonderful communication. They were easy to reach with questions and concerns and always stepped in to help in any way possible. Any concerns I had were handled immediately and even rescheduled a few things to help me along the way. Pools are not cheap, they are an investment. You get what you pay for and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. You will get quality/fair pricing, above and beyond customer service, and a beautiful oasis. I cannot recommend this company enough!
