Subway Maroochydore

We stopped in at this store and found the worst possible of conditions
Toilets locked and had to ask for a key to get in to even wash our hands before our meal !
then we found this :
the young man had to take our buns to the drive through to put the meat balls into it '
and I ask why he took our food into another room where I couldn't see what he put into them'
he said because there was no meat balls in the front of the store only in the drive through'
then I looked at the food bay !
there was total chaos with the lids staked on top of the food trays four high and some lids just standing straight up and with the bottom of the lids down into the food and I could not even see the food and when this young man asked what I would like on the buns I said to him where is the food please to choose from?
He said that they had been busy and it was a bit of a mess'
I said OK but NOT NOW" there was two people inside the store with US 'My husband & Myself'
and there had been only one car through the drive through'
I said to the young man that I need to see the food to choose what we wanted on our sub way sandwich'
he took his finger and pecked the top of the counter and said you must choose from here'
there was a picture of the veggies that would be going onto my sandwich'
I said but I need to see the food and he said well if I didn't feel I could eat there I didn't have to and at that point I called out to my husband to please lets leave ,
I did say to the young man that someone needed to clean up the inside store'
the food was in total chaos and I couldn't even see food beneath all the lids hiding the food is self and I felt it not to be safe to eat for anyone who came into the store'
This store was horrible and needs the owners to PLEASE have a good look at the employees of this store;;
My self I would simply replace all the workers and the Manager and start all over afresh'
