My laptop screen had cracked and the hinge to my laptop had been half torn off. I gave my laptop to Derek thinking it would take a week or two to order the screen in and have it all fixed. He told me 3 days maximum and had it fixed and back to me in 2 days. He was polite and enjoyable to deal with. I highly recommend Derek and ill be coming back to him for all my repair needs in the future!

I have visited his computer store many times now, and found Derek MORE than helpful, even when I call for an emergency, he is always accommodating and always fits me into his schedule at the last minute.
