Also not very happy with service, asked for a certain kind of bone and owner got very prissy, but so few places where you can buy organically raised cows and steers so its a bit of a captive market. Prices are reasonable in terms of corpses / carcasses that can be traced back to source.

Your produce and your attitude towards animals and farmers all seem excellent, and I was really looking forward to purchasing from you. Unfortunately, I have to say I'm very annoyed and disappointed with the poor quality of service I received when attempting to make an order. I will not attempt to make an order with you again. In my experience your attitude towards the customer and your complete lack of reliability do not make it worthwhile at all. It's a real shame that this side of your business undermines you, because you do seem to have an admirable approach regarding the animals you source and offer.
