VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES... Im a student n I asked them if they got v-shaped wire bra in their stores, they said they didnt have but they could order it for me for min package that only cost me 25$ For 30pcs, then I ordered on Fri n the guys said it will arrived on Mon or Tues. I emailed them on Tues to ask if the package is arrived yet or not. Finally on Fri morning the package arrived in their store. I told them before that I needed it asap fpr my school project, but I was fine and understood that a package could arrive late. Then i came to their store in Marrickville to pick up my package , but the guy that I spoke to before wasnt there but another old chinese guy, he gave me the package which was 100pieces n costs $78.. Of course I was shock coz it was too expensive for student budget, then I showed him they guy that I spoke to before his email that said I could buy only 30pcs. Then this chinese guy called him, n passed over the phone to me, then we talked. What he said was, "the place that ordered the wire from didnt have the min pcs, so I ordered 100 pcs instead, n its up to you if you wanted to take it or not, it doesnt matter for me." ... I was so upset n very unhappy. He supposed to me tell me earlier if the stiffs that I wanted wasnt in stock so I havent had to travel that far for nothing.
