I had a brazilian blowout treatment, trim and style. I was so happy with the end result and especially happy that my hair wasnt hacked off like when i usually go to a hairdresser. For the first time i actually got what i asked for. I am very fussy about who I let touch my hair. The girls were really lovely also. I will definately be going back.

This place is extreemly dirty. I wish I had noticed it before I started getting my hair done as I'm not the type to walk out. There were children running around the salon and trying to help out which made for a very unsettling experience. I gave my stylist a picture and told her exatcly what I wanted. I'm not entirely sure she listened because my hair ended up about 10cm shorter than I had asked and not at all how I asked it to be cut. While styling and cutting my hair I was jerked around and scratched because she seemed to be in a rush. I did not wnjoy my experience at all and was shocked that I had to pay $85 for a cut and dry in such a dirty and hectic place. I will definetly not be returning to this salon.

I have fairly simple hair requirements which is a tint and then tone for blonde hair and sometimes a trim for long hair
I like the fact that I can always get a booking at Xcentrik without having to wait too long. They are also a lot cheaper than other salons and seem to do just as good at colour matching, trim and blow-out.
