Chris tells me his hourly rate and when it's time to pay him cash in the hand (no receipt either) he says he has done 20 min into the next hour, so has to round up and charge me a full hour!!!! Also comes unprepared with tools, so goes home for 40min, which he charges me for, yet he knew the job and knew what tools he needed the day before. Then bad mouths me to next door because I made him do an hours work for an hours pay. No way was I going to pay 1 hour for 20 min work especially since he was slow at working
