I would not recommend Budget Rent a Car for the following reasons: Their insurer, ABGroup.co.nz, have lied to me on several occasions (including a team leader), their workshop do not seek to get the recommended 2-3 repair quotes that was promised and do not ring back, they have witheld my money even though the other party has been held responsible for the collision by their own insurer, and they do not apologise for mistakes any that they have made. I would rate them as zero but it won't let me :-P
