Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto

This is the worst service I ever had at a car workshop. Booked an appointment in advance, came on time. They told me to wait for 1.5 hours, but when I returned after 1h20m to the workshop, I found that the work on my car hadn't been started! Without any apologies the manager told me that I need to wait for another hour! When I asked to return the keys for the car, the manager became rude and it looked like he kicked me out. These people have no respect to their job and to their customers. It's a shame for the Bridgestone company to have such a franchise!

i booked my car for 4 new tires and arrived there on time, got pushed back by people who had not even booked and had to wait 2 hours to be completed, when i received my car back they said my wheel nuts where cross threaded and i asked which ones the attendant said all of them, in which i find hard to believe , maybe 1 or 2 but not 20,as i have never had this problem before , also my sheepskin seat cover had oil or grease on it from the worker testing the car after he put the new tires on. i phoned the company up which a rude manager called tony answered and all he wanted to do is speak over me and hung the phone up on me, i have never been treated like this before at any other place please do not go here.
