Mascot Veterinary Hospital

I took my dog there as he was attacked and this seemed the closest vet and the situation seemed rather urgent. The young vet who treated was actually quite good.
However, I have been back three times for a check up and rebandage and I found the head vet / owner to be unfriendly, unprofessional and uninterested.
I had an appointment and waited almost an hour and when I politely asked the girl at front desk if she could let me know roughly how much longer her response was simply 'I don't know'.
When I explained I could only wait a short time longer or would have to reschedule she responded 'what do you want me to do' (sarcastically)
I explained that she could go in and ask how much longer they needed to see me as my appointment was 50min ago. There was no sincerity whatsoever and when I finally paid and left she did not even day thank you or goodbye. This after I've spent $880 in just over a week.
Add to this the owner never smiles or greets the waiting customers, front desk is generally always unattended.

Husband took dog to vet.... $600 later very little done !!!!! Dog didn't need $ 300 for an X-ray that any good vet could have heard a resp infection. Clinical assessment poor. Smell in clinic disgusting. Never going there again.
