Hi ,where do i start, A parcel that was sent from newcastle to my home near Albury has taken nearly 20 days to get here. and been delivered to someone else, signed for by sombody else and i have to chase all over the country side looking for it. to say that i was upset doesn't even begin to cover it.
This is a simple task that i PAID for an Item to come froma few hundred km TO MY DOOR. it was delivered to a produce store 20km away because the driver couldn't be bothered driving out of his normal rout to my home,(where i paid for it to be delivered to). I would not be so upset if this was the first time and the driver couldn't find my home. however this has happened nurmerous times before.
What a way to run a buisness. I will never use your company again and i will make sure that every one knows this is how yuo run your company. Craig Hobson
