Used megasealed recently to repair my leaking shower and found them to be excellent. They repaired my shower without removing tiles. Looks like brand new again. Very happy with the job and service provided. Would highly recommend

We had 2 showers sealed. Spent Big $$$. Both have leaked within 2 years. Warranty? Forget it - the franchise owner wont honour it and will make up all kinds of excuses to avoid doing it. VERY VERY dissapointed. DO NOT USE MEGASEALED!!! 25 YR WARRANTY is complete fantasy

I had them do 2 of my bathrooms. 18 months later both bathrooms were leaking again. The upstairs bathroom was a slow leak over about 6 months and started to leak through to my dining room ceiling below. This was the first I noticed it leaking when a stain appeared on the ceiling. Upon contacting Meagsealed they refused to take ownership and accountability for the damage that had been caused by the leaking, even though they admitted that the job was not done right the first time. They did offer to repair my shower recess, but that is no good to me as my floor has now lifted and the slow leaking has caused damage which requires major works. You will not get anywhere with the Dept of Fair Trading as Megaseled will just feed them the same stuff they do to you. I am now up for a major bathroom renovation. DON'T DO IT....You have been warned!!!!!!!

Terrible job.
The technican, damaged my tiles with a grinder. The tiles were in perfect condition before megasealed touched them. He also damaged the chrome surface of my showerscreen with a stanley knife while half removing the old silicone seal. The new seal has but applied over old mould and looks disgusting. I would never recommend megasealed. I am so dissapointed and the damage they have done cant be repaired without the shower being retiled. I cant believe they are actually in business the job is so bad.

Had Megasealed repair our leaking shower about 10 months ago. Took them 3 visits to get it right. After using the shower for about 3 weeks it all turned green (mould) which they said it wouldn't. They never replaced the grouting as they said they would, just smeared a little over the top of existing grout.
The mould revealed a tile that they cracked.
Epoxy sealant started lifting away from the tiles (again).
Haven't used the shower since
On that basis could not recommend them AT ALL
