Mawson Lakes Newsagency

New business name is Mawson Central Newsagency. We took over this Newsagency in Nov 2020 and all our customers have been terrific and their compliments on the transformation of this store have been astounding. As well as being a Newsagency we offer Lotto, limited post office supplies and dry cleaning service. Our gift store has been extremely popular with the community with new product coming in often. You will find all our staff very friendly, very experienced and above all, we will ensure our customers will feel very comfortable in our store. Open 7 days a week Mon-Fri 8.30-5.30 Sat 8.30-5.00

Went to get a bus card 28 day pass before work arrived at 8:30 thought I’d have to wait till 9:00 for them to open but it’s after 9:30 no one here asked at other shops apparently it’s not unusual for this shop to be open late!! Not great when you need a bus recharge to get to work!!!

The couple who run this newsagent are very friendly. If you want a particular newspaper or magazine held they will hold it and put your name on it. Going away? Pay before or after then collect upon return. When not busy serving other customers I like to have a conversation with them. Disappointing there's no post office, the shop shuts early and doesn't do late trade on Thursday.

The people were rude and their service was poor. Do better

Customer service is pathetic and the owners are rude and it’s just disgusting. They should probably take training in customer service. Yuck

I'm very happy with the service. The two who run the shop are lovely. Only problem I have is that it closes early and dosen't trade late on Thursday's.

Poor customer service. Wont be back to buy anything.
