SISA Air Conditioning System

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by SISA Air Conditioning, specifically RAJ, the owner, who personally installed a Fujitsu ducted air conditioning system at my property.



From day one, the installation was poorly executed and not up to Australian standards. The system was clearly rushed and corners were cut—ducts were loosely fitted, Despite repeated follow-ups, they never came back to fix the issues.



What’s worse is their complete lack of communication. I’ve called their office and mobile numbers countless times, left voicemails, emails, and messages—no one ever answers or bothers to call back. The so-called “emergency service” they advertise is completely non-existent.



It’s extremely frustrating to deal with a company that disappears after taking your money, leaving you with a faulty system and no accountability. I expected professional service, especially from a business claiming over 25 years of experience. Instead, I received sub-standard workmanship, zero customer support, and no respect for Australian compliance or consumer rights.



I strongly urge others to think twice before choosing SISA Air Conditioning. There are many other qualified, responsive, and reputable HVAC companies in Adelaide—this is not one of them.

I do not know how they keep in business. We phoned the mobile number on the website twice, left an email on the website as well as a detailed text on the mobile over a period of several days. We spoke to Raj who had a difficult to understand accent but guaranteed he could install a ducted air conditioner promptly and would visit for a quote within 2 days. He never appeared or replied to the email or the text!. We might as well have been communicating with a brick wall.

Raj is very professional did great job with very good price. We strong recommend sisa airconditioning.
