Im here today for my second treatment this year, I have such curly frizzy hair it's so un-manageable my morning routine is such hard workand as a mum of 4 I just didnt have the time, I contacted Zoe about the magic sleek straightening treatment and decided to book in, OMG why didnt I do this years ago, my hair is dead straight, exactly how I wanted it, Zoe explained the whole process and explained to me how long it would take, what it would do to my colour and what after care to take. She is such a bubbly beautiful person I honestly felt like part of the family whilst in the salon. And the salon expansion.. WOW JUST WOW, it is absolutely stunning. So clean, modern and luxurious!

I went in for permanent straightening which I was told that would not damage my hair because of the products they use, yet my hair broke off so bad at the appointment and after that I went from thick to thin hair, my hair was fried to the point it looked like someone took a lighter to my hair, the hair straightening didn't work at all! within a week, my hair was frizzy and wavy again and to make matters worse, my hair went from my natural black to red from all the chemicals they put in my hair and I couldn't get the stench of chemicals out for months.

They left me in that chair for 3 hours more than I was booked in for and it was actually painful to sit in a chair that long without being allowed to move because it could apparently ruin the straightening process.

They had their dogs running in and out of the room barking at every noise, the ladies kept going on their phones and texting or talking about who they've found on tinder that week. They even just stopped working on me for 20 minutes to call their friends and arrange their morning walk and one of the ladies even went to the shops to buy wine for once they were finished the job..



I was provided absolutely no before or after care and every time something went wrong they told me it must of been my fault or my hairdressers fault from the products we used previously. I know for a fact that I don't use anything bad on my hair at all and haven't for years. I use the best products on the market and have always had extremely healthy hair.



Its now been 4 months and I have had a lot of treatments and cuts done to get myself into a near healthy state again but I still have a long way to go.
