I needed to update my email contact details as I'd changed jobs. I emailed them about 5 times and called them about 3 times, with my new email details. Never returned my calls, never responded to my emails, never updated my email address. They continued to send emails to my old work eml address. They're probably still doing it to this day. I can't even say the service was bad, it's quite literally non-existent. Don't use them.
