Owners do not respond to emails, text or voice mails for months. Invoices not sent for months. Invoices are faulty and inaccurate, dates don't match up, numbers are incorrect. Chaotic and unreliable. Facility has birds nesting in roof, building is old with poor upkeep. Firedoor is wedged shut. Outside doors are rotting so easy to break in. Bugs and beetles on the floor and on items. They say surveillance cameras but there are only two outside which are ancient and filthy so I can't see how they function. People store engines and fuel in units which is against the contract but owners do nothing, smell of petrol is strong. What a fire risk. Don't risk your business stock or personal possessions by storing them here.

This business is badly run and regularly have break ins. They are holding my goods illegally too, saying I gave them to them.
