I wanted to share a recent experience regarding Karl Saunders from K Saunders Tiling to potentially save others from similar troubles.



My intention here is not to defame or attack anyone personally. However, I believe it's crucial to hold trades accountable for their work.



Last year, Karl was tasked with waterproofing and tiling a new bathroom for us. Unfortunately, six months later, we noticed a pervasive mould smell. We hired a professional building inspector who discovered that the shower membrane had failed and there was no water stop installed. Despite repeated attempts to have Karl address and rectify these issues, he has not responded to our calls and messages for the past three weeks.



It's disappointing, especially from a tradesperson with over 25 years of experience, who you would expect to stand behind their work and maintain professional communication.
