Got provided an unrealistic timeframe of three hours over the phone. When I asked in person “roughly how long will this take?” I was given an answer of “oh yeah, hours and hours”, couldn’t believe that response. Other trades I had planned

for the vehicle that day had to be re-scheduled as a result.
