Absolutely rubbish! They refused to replace the 12V battery which would have fixed all the electrical issues. Instead charged $1000 to run a simple computer scan then tell me to sell the car. Despite having just fitted a brand new motor, turbo's etc. All because they couldn't be bothered checking the components I needed to verify the vehicle would be reliable.



They also smashed my shifter, broke the knob off it and destroyed the housing. I can only presume because I refused to pay their $9000 quote to essentially do nothing! The bonnet also came back with incredible scratches like someone rubbed dirt into it!

After a poor dealer diagnosis, I through word of mouth introduced myself to Ian at OzTune, and explained my concerns with my car, that is a daily but I cherish. It was amazing to see an example of the information gathered whilst the technicians work on vehicles, with images and strong explanations, including before/after evidence. I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle with them, especially with the offer of a loan vehicle (which was very clean and fuelled ready). A call later in the day was brilliant, explaining all that was found, even beyond my concerns. I approved any work, with thanks for extending my car's time with them. I had great communication during the time, and once it was collection day, I was pleased to not only see my car cleaned, but a gallery of images and long explanations of all that was found, conducted and finalised. My car, that I've had since new for 13 years, feels like new, maybe better! New brakes, new suspension, and so much more. The only regret was I didn't come here earlier in life and the money I've wasted at the Toyota dealer, where they missed vitals that OzTune had picked up. To ice the cake, I was called the day after, to check how I found the car now - I went on for ages with praise, as it was most worth it. The car feels great, I've told many people about my experience, and I'm writing to recommend that if you value your car no matter how it is in life, please visit OzTune and let them do their professional work to ensure your vehicle is the best it can be.

Van arrived there on time, 2 hours work one nothing done till 3 weeks later, jump start cable dangerously left out if it's holder, leaning on engine, air filter and clamp left open, clamp dangling, their apprentices and office girls have scratched and dented side and back of bus, but of course they say it wasn't them. 3 weeks in the bllazing sun because mine was a fill in quick fill in. Then they wanted 1650 dollars x. Negligent to the max. Phone calls never returned, icaught a bus 4 times wondering why I wasn't hearing back ex uses again. More damage to fix now ASA result. They saw me coming.

Very happy, 5 star rating. I was quite surprised at one of the reviews being 1 star a few years ago. I'm reviewing oz tune 5 stars because I feel that I owe it to them for over delivering and going above and beyond a very hard job. The service was excellent the repair work and results were great.

Not happy or satisfied with the service and treatment of this place. They promote log book service and they have performed work outside the manufactures recommendations, without permission. They have charged twice for work that was already done as part of the service. The have charged double for the service that could have been performed at the dealership log book service. The vehicle was 10k overdue for its scheduled service but all other services were up to date. I wrote a letter to the owner or manager who did not reply. When I managed to get hold of him he said he had been busy with his investments (too busy to deal with customers). He offered a measly portion of a refund for the part he did not have the permission to replace. All the work he claims to have done has not improved the running of the vehicle. He has made claims to the work he has done with no real research or scientific back up because apparently the car makers have no idea. We took a second vehicle there for some basic test work and clean that he has charged a ridiculous amount of money for and he was unable to justify why other than to charge me storage fees for. (1 week) He went on to tell me about his qualifications and education and this justifies why he should overcharge and carry out work unauthorised.
