Very rude breeder Fran was to me and my daughter who was around 6 at the time we were told we were annoying and were not allowed to touch pet our kitten until the day she left home with us Fran also had no intentions of keeping the retired females as they got to old to breed she would have them put down she told us they were no good to her anymore and I found that very cruel indeed we could hear the poor females in the breeding pens out the back she also had kittens in cages in the garage in the complete dark where also the poor mother cats that had had a litter were kept in small cages only to feed I turned up one day to visit and make a deposit on our little girl and she came out pointing to her tea and biscuits and told me I had interrupted her afternoon tea very nasty lady cats were not looked after properly and treated nice alt all I hope this breeder has been reported and shut down

I purchased a British Shorthair kitten from Fran 10 years ago now and he came riddled with fleas, had ringworm, and issues with his ears requiring drops for a few weeks.

At almost 12 months of age, he suddenly was in a lot of pain and vet xrayed and said he must've been hit by a car. He was a very much loved, strictly indoor cat, and after researching, found that this is a rare, but known issue in this breed at this particular age. Fran refused to accept any responsibility at all for the animal and was rude when i asked for help with the surgery costs. He had to have both ball joints removed as they were fractured.

This sad woman should not be breeding animals. She has no real love for them.

WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was planning on purchasing a kitten from NASHANNA just this week. It seemed the whole time during our contact made after A secure deposit for our kitten, that i was a constant "PEST" and a quoted "ANNOYANCE" to Fran. Asked for photos of my boy and she would IGNORE my messages. Cutting a long story short. Just yesterday, I was asking Fran if she could send me a photo so I could see how big the kitten was at the moment to buy some outfits and some leashes etc. She abruptly messaged me back, stating the cats are cats, not babies. (UM YES I KNOW?), and begun to threaten how she wasn't sure I was the right person and she was "so close to refunding me" my depo. 



Shocked and severely upset after this threat just 4 days before my kitten is due, I called Fran. WELL. I was SCREAMED at and ABUSED on the phone by Fran for 10 minutes, to the point where i was left crying after our convo. Stating I was "SOO ANNOYING" & that I was telling her apparently how to "do" her Job, that she was going to give me a "BAD kitten because that's the number goal rule of breeders, apparently giving BAD kittens to ANNOYING customers". Furthermore, got a sob story on how she has been sick, lives alone and has all these kittens.



It's your job you became a breeder and apart of that is providing a service too, not just a kitten at the end. ABURSED PROFESSIONALISM, ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I pulled out last minute on my kitten due to her attitude and disgusting behaviour. Like I said to Fran, I hope your kittens are nice, because you most certainly are not.
