Very Bad. I called them to know about the cost, and they are very impolite to answer the question.They are on rush and thinking other people don't know about Customs clearance process.They were repeating $390 plus GST for more than 10 times in 30 seconds.

After my sister failed to fill out Forms correctly I was in a pickle and needed help clearing her personal effects ECF made it quick and easy to get it all sorted would defiantly use them again anytime I need to import anything

Terrible. I had a shipment in the hands of another carrier who had quoted me $365 to pick up the goods. This included customs clearance and handling fees etc. I contacted Richard at Express Customs and asked how much they would charge. He quoted me $135 - no more to pay! Great! I gave him the documents and I get an invoice for $165. No worries, still ok so I pay. He then mentions the current company may charge a small handling fee. Really? So I send him a copy of their quote and ask how much exactly the extra fees would be? He looks at it and tells me it's the $55 handling fee. So I go to pick up the goods and get an invoice for $265. I discover that E C & F only covered the customs clearance portion and the balance was all handling fees. The other party, who was very helpful, would have charge $100 clearance instead of the $165 Ec&f charged. They also explained that E C & F would have been very aware of the additional charges and, considering that had seen a copy of the invoice, they knew exactly what I would be charged for handling. They have blatantly taken advantage of an inexperienced customer. I have sent a couple of polite emails over the last couple of weeks asking them to advise what my $165 actually covered but they have been ignored. If you are not familiar with importing, I would highly recommend you avoid this company.
